Pat is also a licensed real estate agent. Pat is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Waynesburg College, where he majored in Accounting.

She has been a licensed title insurance agent since 1987 and a member of the Pennsylvania Land Title Institute since 1994. Ms. Ferretti is director of real estate title services at the Pittsburgh law firm of Hirshberg, Gustine & Straka. Her extensive experience provides a detailed working knowledge of both commercial and residential real estate transactions.
