Agreement of Sale and Purchase (PDF)
This was adapted from an agreement formerly used by the Allegheny County Bar Association. The references to real estate brokers have been deleted so that it works in transactions where there is no real estate agent involved.

Seller's Property Disclosure (PDF)
By law, sellers of real estate in Pennsylvania must make certain disclosures to buyers. This form is the disclosure required by statute.

Assignment of Sales Agreement (PDF)
Agreements of sale are usually assignable unless the agreement says that it isn't assignable. This form is used to assign an agreement to another buyer.

Settlement Authorization (PDF)
If the seller can't be present at the closing, he or she can authorize someone else to sign the settlement sheet. This is not a formal Power of Attorney. It is only a Settlement authorization. The seller must sign the deed and any other documents that need to be recorded.

Spousal Release (PDF)
If you own property in your own name without your spouse, you may still need to have your spouse release his or her interest in the property.

Short Purchase Agreement (PDF)
This is an attempt to make a one page sales agreement. It is legally binding.
