Rehab to Permanent Transition

Because of the short term of your acquisition loan, our program also includes locating a permanent loan for you.  If you elect to sell the property, we can also find favorable financing for your buyer.  Before we make a loan to you, we want to be sure you can refinance the loan when renovations are complete.  When we take an application for a loan, we also begin to make arrangements for you to obtain a permanent loan.

After we close our bridge loan, and while you’re working on renovations, we’ll work on obtaining a permanent loan for you.  Using the information we’ve already gathered from the appraisal, credit report, etc., we are able to process the application quickly and efficiently.
